Made by neurodivergent allied health professionals
Diverge is owned & run by neurodivergent allied health professionals. Designed specifically for the realities of clinical and professional life, diverge avoids generic coaching that just doesn’t translate.
Live & Async options
You get to choose how you want to show up.
Some days you might want a live session to talk things through in real time. Other times, async coaching lets you take things at your own pace, when it suits you.
Both options are practical, flexible, and designed to work with your energy, not against it.
You’re in control, and that choice makes all the difference.

FAQs
-
Async coaching is flexible, message-based coaching delivered through video, audio, or text. Instead of meeting live, you share updates, questions, or reflections when it suits you, and your coach replies within an agreed timeframe. It gives you time to think, process, and respond at your own pace - ideal if you prefer flexibility, need extra time to reflect, or want support that fits around changing schedules and energy levels. It’s real coaching, just without the set appointment.
-
Coaching focuses on you, your strengths, goals, and what you want from your career. It is about growth, clarity, and confidence in your professional life.
Clinical supervision focuses on client work, accountability, and professional standards.
Both are valuable, but coaching is where you get space to think, reflect, and build the way of working that works for you.

No. You don’t need a diagnosis.
We value & respect self-identification, because you’re the best judge of your own experience and needs.

We’re not ICF-accredited by choice. The International Coach Federation model is too broad and loosely defined to meet the standards we expect of professional coaching. It lacks clear competencies, consistent assessment, and meaningful accountability.
Our approach is built on real professional standards - clarity, ethics, reflection, skill, and evidence-based practice.
When it comes to the proliferation of ADHD coaching training, the quality is wildly inconsistent. There’s no central regulating body or agreed competency standard, which means almost anyone can call themselves an ADHD coach after a short online course or certificate.
Some programs are excellent, grounded in current research and lived experience. But many are light on depth, reflection, and evidence, or worse, actively promote misinformation.
Our coaches bring real clinical experience, neurodiversity expertise, and practical coaching skills. Not just generic, poorly defined coaching credentials. -
